Our mission
Equalithon.com is a three-sided marketplace that solves 3 problems:
it solves technical challenges for non-profits
it gets exposure for people coming out of boot camps for potential employers
it gives companies an opportunity to be of service for Causes by bringing their employees to support both people and non-profits
How do we make money? Companies pay a subscription fee. We communicate their impact, engage their employees, and help them recruit the best diverse tech talent.
How do we impact millions of people? We enable nonprofits and under-represented founders to scale. We let them ideate, design, pilot, and develop functional MVPs or app features through tailored hackathons called Equalithons.
